Victor Luo

Victor spent ten years at NASA/JPL building up a software team focused on 3D visualizations for controlling spacecraft with an emphasis on natural user interfaces. He prototyped and produced the first application on the Microsoft HoloLens platform for Mars rover operations - receiving the NASA Software of the Year Award in 2018. Victor has also initiated strategic partnerships in other technical domains on behalf of JPL and as an advisor for X - the moonshot factory.

At Amazon, Victor applied his product leadership skills towards Smart Home, business incubation, and international marketplaces. Today, he is creating user-centric simulation tools to help design, operate, and share the vision of a futuristic inventor city at Woven Planet.

Victor’s unique strengths include the ability to incubate new ideas, simplify complex plans, and build strategic partnerships within the company & across the industry.
