Chelsea brings 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and social impact, focusing on public goods, governance innovation, and economic systems. She is a serial founder with expertise in program design, stakeholder engagement, and building the foundational phases of organizations. Chelsea’s background includes work in space policy, climate solutions, mental health, and deliberative democracy. She co-founded Open Lunar Foundation and played a key role in developing its innovation process, driving projects that address critical challenges in lunar governance and infrastructure. Chelsea began her career in political movement building as a founder of New Zealand’s youth climate movement, Generation Zero, contributing to the establishment of the Zero Carbon Act and the New Zealand Climate Commission. She holds a BSc in Environmental Studies.
